I hereby like to introduce myself to you. I am Marleen, as born and raised in Limburg, I welcome you to the beautiful Brabant. After years of working as an occupational therapist it was time for a new challenge. I first trained as an interior designer. Then the desire arose to establish a luxury B&B.

After a long run-up phase of changing the zoning plan and applying for a building permit, a particularly fine place has arisen right in the center of Oudenbosch. The terrain where the B&B is situated used to consist of numerous barns. The authentic wall of the old coal barn, is currently still part of the veranda. With passions for interior design and travel, the B&B has been established with great attention to detail and atmosphere. From February 2020 we may receive our first guests in B&B Sjiek Basiliek. With the opening of B&B Sjiek Basiliek a dream has been realized.

A warm and welcoming welcome is paramount. We strive for an informal atmosphere with personal attention, but certainly respect your privacy. You will feel welcome and at home at Sjiek Basiliek.
